Terms of ServicePLEASE NOTE: SOME PRODUCTS WILL NOT FIT IN THE DOMESTIC PRIORITY FLAT RATE ENVELOPE & LARGE BOX OR THE INTERNATIONAL FLAT RAT ENVELOPE & SMALL BOX. KEEP THIS IN MIND AT CHECK OUT. IF YOU CHOOSE THIS SERVICE FOR A PRODUCT THAT WON'T FIT, THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELED.

Also if you choose a flat rate envelope keep in mind this will not protect the product as well as it would if shipped in a box. As with books it could be delivered in less than perfect condition (e.g. bent corners, nicks on the edges, etc.) We try our best to protect the products we ship from any damage, but sometimes the shipping service for the shipments are handled carelessly on the way to it's destination.
We usually ship each day during the week, excluding Saturday & Sunday or any holidays correlating to the Post Office Holiday schedule. Every US Mainland shipment includes a delivery confirmation number. This information is emailed to you once the package has been shipped. The estimated arrival time within the USA is 4-18 Business Days via First Class Mail, 7-28 Business Days via Parcel Post, 10-31 Business Days via Media Mail. Business Days don't include Sat./Sun. Orders shipped around a holiday usually take longer than estimates listed above.

* We're having a store close out sale so ALL sales are final. We don't take responsibility for any order that is lost, stolen or damage while in transit and upon the delivery to the destination. Once the package is accepted by the mail carrier it is the responsibility of the mailing service that has been used for the delivery. If you should have any problems or questions on the shipment please contact the carrier. The packages we ship are issued with a tracking number. We will email you the tracking number provided by the carrier.
* All International shipments are shipped with insurance coverage for the purchased price.
* We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
* International orders are responsible for all duties and taxes on the arrival of the package shipped.
* Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
* These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
